Budget and Cost Estimates

• We will help you count the cost of your new facility by developing a realistic budget.
• What you get: A document explaining expected costs, phases, and relevant factors.

Visualization & Renderings

• We will develop 3D graphics that can be used to visualize and refine the details of your new spaces before construction begins.
• What you get: Conceptual or photo-realistic images and fly-through animations.

Detailed Building Design

• We will develop and finalize detailed documents suitable for a contractor to use for construction.
• What you get: Detailed drawings illustrating all elements of design needed by a contractor.

Interior Design

• We will work with your team to determine details, colors and finishes that will fit your organization’s function, budget, and communicate your vision.
• What you get: Summary of recommended products and suppliers. Often combined with renderings (see above).

Remodeling, Additions & Build-outs

• We will visit and inspect an existing site, then consult with your team to modify the space as needed to fit the needs and values of your organization.
• What you get: Similar to products & services described above.
