A1 Plastics Resources, a PET plastic recycling company in Cambodia, rented a new office space and engaged Petram to design and construction manage the project.
Petram provided architectural, structural, and MEP design services, beginning with site assessments and stakeholder workshops to define project requirements. The scope included concept design, 3D visualisations, code review, mezzanine and stair structural design, detailed interior design, and comprehensive construction documentation. Petram also provided tender support and construction administration services, ensuring design quality, coordination, and execution throughout the construction phase.
