Currently, the client is meeting in a rented building, but has recently acquired a plot of land in Phnom Penh in which to construct a new church. The new land is approximately 9m x 20m and experiences minor flooding as it is a low parcel of land. The new building is expected to be 4 levels (Ground, Mezzanine, 1stand 2ndfloor) but will be constructed in phases with Ground, Mezzanine and 1stcompleted in the first phase. In addition to a church meeting space for approximately 70-80 people there is a desire for living space for 10-14 students as well as an office and computer room.
