The Water Treatment Plant design was completed in three phases: conceptual design, detailed design, and construction support. The conceptual design included the site layout, preliminary sizing of treatment units, a 2D process schematic and a 3D model. The detailed design produced construction-ready drawings for the intake system, treatment units, filtration, clean water storage, and sludge management. The construction phase included preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), bid invitations, bidder support, and supporting the client to select a contractor. During the Construction Management (CM) phase, we conducted weekly client-contractor check-ins with documented minutes, carried out monthly site visits with progress and quality reports, provided timely technical support responding to RFIs, change orders, and directives within two working days, and completed close-out documentation through two final inspections. This approach ensured a functional, efficient, and cost-effective WTP design.
